Eyes Incisional Double-lid
This procedure involves making an incision in the eyelid to create a defined double eyelid crease. It is especially suitable for individuals with thick eyelids or for those whose double eyelids are unstable with the non-incisional (buried suture) method.
An incision is made along the desired crease line, and internal tissues are adhered to create a long-lasting, semi-permanent double eyelid.
If necessary, excess skin or orbital fat is also removed to achieve a more natural and well-balanced appearance.
Ideal for anyone who feels they have…
- Single lids
- Lid asymmetry
- Thick upper lids
- An Excess upper-lid skin
Technique
We incise along the planned crease width, trim excess fat (pre-septal/ROOF) as needed, and suture the skin.
