Addressing Eye Concerns at Their Root
“I want my eyes to look bigger.” “I’d like a natural double-lid.” “I need to get rid of sagging skin.” Because the eye area shifts with age, even subtle changes can alter the whole face. Our board-certified plastic surgeons create natural double-lids, remove excess skin, and eliminate under-eye bags so that one glance in the mirror makes you think, “I love my eyes.”
Ideal for anyone who feels they have…
- Single eyelids
- Shallow double-lids
- Asymmetric double-lids
- Puffy upper lids
- An Upper-lid laxity
- Sagging above the eyes
- Bags under the eyes
- Dark circles

Suture Double-Lid (Non-Incisional)
Using only ultra-fine sutures—no scalpel—we create a lasting double-lid. The session is brief, downtime minimal, and many clients treat it as an extension of eye makeup. We tailor suture placement to lid thickness, eye shape, and your desired design for the most natural look.
-
Incisional Double-lid
This procedure involves making an incision in the eyelid to create a defined double eyelid crease. It is especially suitable for individuals with thick eyelids or for those whose double eyelids are unstable with the non-incisional (buried suture) method.
-
Ptosis Repair
Ptosis is drooping of the upper lid that narrows the palpebral opening. By advancing or shortening the levator aponeurosis we both correct function and create an aesthetically pleasing double-lid.
-
Medial Epicanthoplasty
Medial epicanthoplasty makes the eyes look wider and larger by removing a few millimetres of the epicanthal fold at the inner corner of each eye. Combining the procedure with double-eyelid creation—either incision or suture technique—can further enhance the result.
-
Lateral Canthoplasty
Enlarging eye width by extending the outer canthus. Lateral canthoplasty lengthens the eye by incising the skin at the outer corner and moving the canthus outward. A slight extension not only creates naturally long, almond-shaped eyes but also softens a sharp, up-slanted look. By shifting the canthus outward and downward, we can create a gentle “droopy-eye” (tare-me) effect as well.
-
Tare-Eye (“Glamorous Line”) Surgery
<br /> By gently pulling the outer portion of the lower eyelid downward and outward, tare-eye surgery enlarges the visible white of the eye at the outer corner, giving the eyes a bigger, softer, more welcoming look. Widening the lower outer corner creates a clear, balanced almond-shaped eye with a relaxed, “puppy-eye” impression.
-
Upper-Lid Lift
Removing excess skin above the eyes for a wider, clearer gaze. Excess skin on the upper lids can make the eyes look smaller, narrow the visual field, and cause eye fatigue. By excising slack skin either right along the lash line or just beneath the brow, we lift the lid and restore a crisp, open appearance.
-
Lower-Lid Rejuvenation(Under-Eye Bags · “Dark Circles” Treatment)
Bags, wrinkles and hollows beneath the eyes can make the whole face look tired or shadowed. Ageing, genetics and lifestyle loosen the membrane that holds orbital fat, letting it bulge forward (“eye-bags”), while skin and muscle slacken and the bony rim recedes. Our board-certified plastic surgeons offer both scar-free trans-conjunctival options and skin-incision techniques to restore a smooth, refreshed under-eye contour.

Entropion / “Inward-Facing Lashes” Surgery
Entropion occurs when the lower eyelid turns inward so that lashes rub against the eye. Surgery rotates the lid margin outward, preventing lash contact and easing irritation. It can be combined with double-eyelid procedures for an even better aesthetic result.
