When you make a reservation or inquiry, we may ask you to provide personal information such as your name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. By providing that information (e.g., clicking a confirmation box on our website), you are deemed to have consented to this Policy.

7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.
In accordance with statutory procedures, when a customer (or that customer’s representative) requests notification of the purposes of use; disclosure of retained personal information or of records of third-party provision; correction, addition, or deletion of personal information; or suspension of use, erasure, or cessation of third-party provision, we will confirm the individual’s identity and respond promptly in compliance with the law. Except where otherwise required by law or stated in this Policy, we may change the content of this Policy without prior notice. Unless we specify otherwise, the revised Policy takes effect when it is posted on our website.
